Join us as we discuss and engage with the meditation and art therapy practice published in the August edition of Tumbleweird. We will have some art supplies available but feel free to bring your own favorite art mediums to engage with the art directive. We will take the latter part of the meeting to share our art and our feelings regarding the topic. There will be therapists there from DeLuna to ensure that discussions feel safe and kind towards ourselves and others.
